Jigglypuff (NOTE: jiggly and kirby bounce a bit while crouching, if youre at the peak of your bounce you'll get hit. also its pretty usless since luigi's fireball does so little and doesnt go so far)

chars like Mario, Dr.Mario, Ice climbers, and Pikachu can duck under Samus' missles but cant power sheild it, Pikachu and Ice climbers get hit as Mario and Dr.Mario just block or delfect it. link/y.link arrows were tested at their peak launch so this is good when link over shoots his target. as for the boomeranges just hope they dont tilt them.
