  DeBuildLevel is designed to extract all files from inside a .lvz and also
create a .ini file that clones the one that was used to make it. When a .lvz
file is selected to be opened, this program will create a subfolder where the
.lvz is located (ie: testing.lvz extracts to \testing\). If an error occurs
when attempting to extract the data, will print an error message and then stops.

  A suggested method for how to use this program:

 Copy DeBuildLevel.exe to your SubSpace or Continuum folder, or a folder of your
choice. Find a .lvz file, and double-click it. It should pop up with an Open File
With window. Click "Other" or "Browse" and select the DeBuildLevel.exe where
ever you saved it to. Choice the Always Open With checkbox, and then click Ok.
You should see a DOS prompt window appear for a short time, and should then close
itself. If an error occurs, will stay open and print the error message.
 If you did this correctly, everytime you double-click a .lvz, the program should
extract all information into a subfolder where the .lvz is located.
